Tomorrow: my two babies, Jonah and Noah, go to Shampooches to have their monthly hair cut.
Feeling: Very tired -- I got up this morning about 4:30, headed to the gym for an hour training session with Jay and Steve, then did 30 minutes of cardio, took a shower, went to work, and ate WAY too much for lunch. So now I'm feeling like a nap! ;-)
Happy Because: today is Josh's (my brother) birthday ... He's celebrating his wonderful 27 years of life.
Today I: have been really busy at work.
Laundry: is up-to-date ... I have one load in the washer, and one load in the dryer. No dirty clothes, and all the clean ones have been put in their designated places.
Something I know: Jesus loves me!
Currently reading: Bible
Wanting: to take a vacation with my husband, brother, mom, and dad to somewhere tropical after tax season.
Favorite gadget: cell phone
Thankful that: Jay is exercising with me!
Wondering why: everyone in my house always assumes that I'll take care of everything.
Care to fill in any of these with your own answers?

I must say that I was horrible about taking pictures over Christmas ... My brother was here for almost the whole month, and I don't have one picture of he and I together during the holidays. I also don't have any pictures from Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. But here's what I do have ... so ENJOY!

Wow! It is so wild to think that 2007 is already over, and we've begun a new year. It is also somewhat disconcerting to think TAX SEASON is back again. ;-)
There are so many wonderful things that happened in 2007 ... getting MARRIED in March, taking a vacation to PLAYA DEL CARMEN in May, Talon coming to stay the SUMMER with us in June, seeing the BILTMORE HOUSE for my birthday, getting a NEW HOME from Mom and Dad, and the list goes on. God has truly blessed us with so much, and we are so thankful for everything.
One of the things that I am most thankful for is my HUSBAND. I can't begin to tell you how his perspective on life and attitude towards life challenges me. Our life is not without disagreements, but for the most part, we really complement each other. His work ethic and dedication to his job is something that I've come to admire and respect instead of viewing it as intrusive.
I'm looking forward to what 2008 holds ... Jay and I have joined the gym together as a way to not only exercise but spend time with each other. We start our personal training sessions tomorrow morning at 5:30 with Steve. I had to explain to Steve that I'm not much of a morning person so just bear with me. We've also made a promise to start saving more money this year and strive to payoff his car in less time than financed. We would love to start a family together, but so far, God has not blessed us with a little one. I guess it's all in His timing so I just keep praying. I am going to post some pictures from the month of December so stay tuned.

I realize that I haven't posted anything since October, and you're probably all wondering what we've been up to! Well, we didn't do anything for Halloween, and we had not ONE trick-or-treater. My 28th birthday was on November 12th so Jay and I left on the 8th for Asheville. We ventured downtown to check out the specialty shops, we toured the Biltmore House on Friday night, ate dinner at BoneFish Grill, and then headed back home on Saturday morning. The Biltmore House was unbelievable. We took the Candlelit Christmas tour, and the decorations were phenomenal. Not to mention, Jay was in heaven; he soaked up every bit of historical facts he could. The leaves were still turning, and the views were breathtaking.
I got many nice gifts ... Jay bought me a pair of Coach shoes, Josh bought me a pair of Christian Dior sunglasses, and Mom and Dad top the list with buying us a new house. Yes, you heard me correctly ... a new house. Our new house is located in Carolina Waterway Plantation near Mom and Dad. I'm so thankful for everything that God has blessed me with, and I'm looking forward to making many new memories in our new house. Jay is ecstatic because it's closer to work for him, near the golf course, and he has a boys' room to hang out in. PLEASE PRAY THAT OUR OTHER HOUSE SELLS.
On Thanksgiving morning, we were up bright and early to pick up Talon in Greensboro, NC. We then headed to Chesterfield, SC to my Grandmother's house to eat, eat, and eat some more. Talon loves going there because he and my cousin, Trace, have a ball together. It's always so good to be able to spend time with family and those you love the most. We had a house full and enjoyed every minute of it. On Thanksgiving night, we hung out with Mike, Beth, Billy, & Allyson for a little while. We also were able to visit with Papa Roy, and Talon got to spend some quality time with Papa while Jay and I went to my Mom's 60th birthday party.
On Saturday, November 24th, Mom turned 60, and we went out to eat with Ma-Ma, Dad, Steve, and Elaine to celebrate her life. I'm so thankful for my mom, and couldn't imagine life without her. She's truly my best friend. God has definitely blessed me with a wonderful family.
Our furniture for the new house is being delivered this week, and Jay and I are going shopping this weekend for fixtures, bedding, TVs, etc. We're leaving one bedroom empty in hopes to decorate it as a nursery. No BABY news yet, but we'll keep you posted.
Until Next Time!!!

Here Jamie ... Do you want some?
