Jay popped the question and Jamie said “Yes”
All the planning is over from the hall to the dress.
Only one thing remains for this day to be great
“Practice makes Perfect”
March 23rd is the date
We’ll practice the ceremony, and iron out the kinks
Then it’s off to the Reserve Harbor Yacht Club
for some dinner and drinks!

Please join the bride and groom
to be
at 4:45 o’clock
Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club

In the picture above, Jay is giving his thank you speech to his groomsmen and special guests for all of their hardwork and dedication during this special time in our lives. He was so proud of himself for using proper grammar ... He said, "Jamie and I", instead of "Me and Jamie"! My baby has class after all.

The luncheon was my way of showing not only the bridesmaids but also my mom, the wedding director (Sarah Furr), Punkin, and my Grandmother how much I appreciate their role in my life. We had a private room within the Rivertown Bistro, where we had three entrees to choose from, drinks, and the best part, the Bistro Blondie for dessert. I gave each lady a gift for participating in mine and Jay's wedding.

The bridesmaids received a black pair of Reef sandals, monogrammed canvas purse, earrings and necklace for the wedding ceremony, and personalized drink koozie.

My ~GLAMOROUS~ Wig

Every bride has to go through a practice round with their hair in order to determine the perfect hairdo for her special day. WELL, my hair stylist, Charity, began the process by first curling and teasing my hair. As shown by the picture to the right, I looked like something off of Hee Haw.

Thank God the finished product looked ten times better!

Couple's Shower --- Games

Well, a shower wouldn't be complete without embarassing games. The girls took me aside and made me answer 15 questions that they had come up with, and then they asked Jay the same set of questions about me to determine how well he knew me.

It was a hoot! He had to answer what my favorite outfit was, my bra size, my toothbrush color (which I didn't even know myself), my dream car, the last book I read, the color of my eyes, and so on.

He had a great time, but as you can see below, he was stumped by one question ... HOW DO YOU SPELL HER NAME? LOL
